On-Site Bite-Sized Training for White Sand’s F&B Tenants AsiaMalls is working in partnership with NTUC to develop On-Site, Bite-sized Training on Customer Service to the mall tenants. The programme is targeted to tenants who may find difficulty in sending their staff for training due to limited manpower resources. A pilot customer service training project developed especially for White Sand’s Food & Beverage tenants is being conducted during the period November/December 08. Course trainer Oliver Teo said “The training serves to reinforce the concept of service from hygiene to providing what the customers want. With immediate coaching after the training, this course also provides opportunities for internalization.” Ms Kanitha Chumchit from the Curry Mixed Rice stall in Kopitiam commented, “This course allows me to know the proper way of serving the customer and to further improve my level of customer service.” [Read More] Successful Marketing Launch for Four Malls in Malaysia The Asian Retail Mall Fund, which also owns Liang Court and Tampines 1 in Singapore, recently launched 4 malls in Kuala Lumpur on 3 & 4 November 2008.
