During the Pro Family Business Conference on 15 May 2008, White Sands was officially conferred with the Pro Family Business Mark which recognizes businesses that are suitable for the whole family in terms of accessibility, safety, hygiene and a comprehensive range of facilities catering to all in the family. At White Sands, shoppers enjoy the convenience of travellators, nursing rooms and children's restrooms on Level 5. The wide variety of shops cater to the needs of everyone in the family. Key tenants include NTUC Fairprice Supermarket, Challenger, POPULAR Bookstore, the Pasir Ris Community Library and Kopitiam foodcourt complete with children's play area.
